On the rooftop of the FBO so it has inside and outside dining where you can watch all the planes take off and land. The menu has a lot of options that are priced remarkably well for an airport.

Black Walnut Cafe is on the 3rd floor of the Galaxy FBO building. Galaxy provides great service. The Cafe has a nice view of the runways and an extensive menu. Breakfast is served all day. They are a chain of fast, casual restaurants and the KCXO location is popular with off-airport folks. Expect a line at lunch time.
