A nice break from burgers. Very good Chinese food with a variety from the regions making a large menu. Very traditional, nice decor and a place where you can have a quiet conversation. This is my regular go-to place when flying into Madison. Wisconsin Aviation is a top-tier FBO and usually has a crew car you can use to drive the mile and a half, unless you are looking for a good walk.
