Castillo's is open 24-7 and is located just a short walk from the ramp. Instead of going South to the Hard Eight, turn North at the main road and they're on the corner across from the Dodge dealer. They serve breakfast all day plus a pretty good lunch and dinner menu, mostly tex-mex plates but they do have American items, too.
