Thai Thai Reviews |
Rating: 5 out of 5.
I wish there was a way to give a 6 to Thai Thai. My wife and I are Thai food crazy, and the cusine here was better than anything we have within 100 miles of our home town of Reno. OMG! I am vegetarian, and the owner cheerfully made me an exquisite Tofu Pad Thai, and my wife had a Panang Chicken Curry that she said was every bit as good as...or better than... we had eaten in Panang. Locals told me the owner rides her bicycle into town every day to get supplies, and the restaurant was packed with locals, so that tells you something. Tiedowns are a stroll away, fuel as well. Good enough we now plan flights to Vegas to include a stop at Bridgeport! Reviewed by James Flenner on 2019-07-14 |

Really good Thai food, prepared fresh and well seasoned. We had spring rolls, larb, and a couple of curries and they were all excellent. Significantly better than the usual airport grub; I'd choose this over most of the Thai restaurants in the city I live in. Reviewed by Nelson Minar on 2010-06-27 |

This has recently opened in the long-vacant restaurant space in the terminal and is the only airport restaurant for many NM in any direction. As you might guess, the food is Thai. I had lunch there and the food was very tasty. Lunch items ranged from $4 to $10. Service was quick and friendly, even though the place was full. The manager is Malaysian, and it was an interesting story about how he ended up running an airport cafe in the high desert. Decor is sparse, nothing on the walls yet, but I guess that is in the works. It is certainly worth a stop if you are in the area, especially since the Bshop's self-serve fuel price is usually the best in the Owens Valley area. Thai Thai is closed Mondays, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all other days. Reviewed by Art Friedman on 2009-05-13 |
