Monterey Bay Aquarium Reviews |
Rating: 5 out of 5.
The Monterey Bay Aquarium is truly one of the gems of the California Coast and well worth a visit. The Aquarium is located a couple of miles from the airport, however both Million Air and Monterey Jet Center (my favorite) provide free crew cars with a fuel purchase. In addition, a cab fare is only a couple of dollars for such a short trip. The Aquarium is among the best in the world, and is particularly suitable as a destination with a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, &c. Don't eat at the Aquarium Cafe. The Aquarium is located at the end of Cannery Row (of John Steinbeck fame), eat at one of the dozens of excellent seafood restaurants along the water front. Admission: Adult: $26 Child: $16 Senior,&c. $22 http://www.mbayaq.org/ Reviewed by Christopher O'Connell on 2007-12-29 |
