3rd Generation Taco Reviews

Rating: 4 out of 5.
Glad to see an eatery up and running at the Apple Valley Airport again. 3rd Generation is something between a stationary taco truck and a full-up restaurant. There are six tables inside the airport terminal building and some picnic tables outside that provide a view of the airport traffic. There are seven (maybe ten?) transient tie downs outside; they’re marked in white “Ts” and have chains.

The food is inexpensive and served on paper plates but don’t let that faze you; it’s good stuff. I tried the Macho Nachos but was out macho-ed by the jalapeño that came with them. See the photo in Laura’s review from today for an idea of what you’d be up against. Staff are friendly.
