Stopped here at breakfast/lunch time on a three-day trip across the US. Food was excellent and service very friendly and fast.

I had the "Not So" Benedict and asked that the eggs be poached hard. It was perfect, hollandaise on the side was nice too. Someone else in my group had The "Nope" Omelet with prickly pear cactus, he said it was very good.

This is not your ordinary airport diner - the food is much more imaginative and there are tons of choices. Definitely worth a visit!

Pam and I flew in to Ryan field for breakfast. She had the eggs benedict with home made hollandaise sauce with nopal cactus flavor in the sauce. I had the Nopal omelette. Both were fabulous. The family service was friendly and efficient. We both felt pampered. Todd came out from the kitchen twice to talk to us. Can't wait to try the other original offerings on the menu. This is a must stop for all pilots. Oh, prices were very reasonable and you can taxi right up to the door.
